Who can see my contacts and leads?
You, your team lead and your agency’s broker. Other agents do not see your clients, and your agency’s data is kept apart from every other agency’s.
Does it send WhatsApp messages for me?
No. You keep chatting from your own phone: the CRM opens WhatsApp with the property and its link already typed, and you note what was said and when to call back. An agency can also connect one shared WhatsApp Business number and answer it inside the CRM.
